3. We will pre-qualify you in minutes over the phone.
    
4. We will mail or fax mortgage application documents for you to sign. An appraisal to verify the value of your home will be ordered.

6. Upon completion of your application, we will notify you when your loan is complete and arrange for a closing date.

To ensure a smooth application process, you may be asked to provide the following information for your loan officer:
